Website 4:
Right the fourth website I've chose to look at even confused me! The general lay out of the site seems to be very busy, its no where as simple as the previous three I've looked at. The content of the site suggest its for much more the digital native than the immigrant, due to the main purpose of the site being blogs and podcasts, very much a new native medium. Allowing anyone, anywhere in the world to have their say. The actual page I'm concentrating on is a post from November 2008, again meaning it is very much up to date and concerned with the present. The post looks in to the new emergence of digital natives with in business and how although many don't realise and just see them as lazy and trying to do anything but work, i.e go on facebook! that they may actually help buisness. However it would seem the post is their to convince digital immgrants why to except the new digital navties, but if blogs are part of the digital native culture how will the digital immgrants see the post?
It suggests that being consently coneceted, which is a major part of being a digital native, is part of their personality and that work places that try to ban this, by banning sites such as facebook will suffer and not get the best from their staff.

The sort of question answer lay out they've losely used makes the actual post easy to understand and follow and I think it makes it easier to relate too.
