The youngest digital Immigrant that I know myself, I would say is my auntie. She was not bought up with technology and doesn't seem to care about learning to use it!
She rarely uses the computer that is in her house, she doesn't work with any sort of technology as she is a councilor, she doesn't even have an email account and thinks if people want to get in touch with her they'll ring her house phone, same goes for her mobile phone, its only used for emergency and she turns it off most of the time, as she really doesn't see the need for it. She obviously falls under the age for a digital immigrant as she is 40, however there are many 40 year old who have learnt to use the technology and know it better than digital natives of 20 etc. But her lack of understanding and use of technology makes her with out a doubt a digital immigrants.
